Weekend Package (Friday - Sunday $8,500)

Weekend wedding package gives you exclusive access to the property from Friday through Sunday. You will have access on Friday from 2pm - 8pm for setup and rehearsal, Saturday from 10am-12am for your magical wedding day, and Sunday from 10am-12pm for cleaning up and picking up your items. 

 

All of the above single day options are included in your day as well as the following options…

❖ Golf cart service

❖ Use of cattle troughs

❖ Bring all items Friday to put in your suites

❖ Bartenders for bar service

❖ Refrigerator filled with refreshments in Suites

❖ Uses of decorations  

❖ Day of Coordinator to coordinate with vendors

❖ The Day of Coordinator will check in with the couple throughout the day of the wedding, up until the first dance to make sure everything is exactly the way they want things, stress free, and assist in any way.

Add Ons

Day of Coordinator Package - $1,200.00

Package includes:

  • Refrigerator filled with refreshments and hors-d'oeuvres in both bridal suites.

    • Soda and water in refrigerator  

    • Sandwiches & a charcuterie board 

  • Mimosa while getting ready in Bridal suite.

  • EA staff will set up your reception decorations and tables so you can relax and focus on yourself and your big day in the comfort of the Bridal suites.

  • Use of cattle trough (use for drinks) 

  • EA will coordinator with your caterer, cake designer, DJ, Photographer, etc. the day of and let them know where to set up and when.

  • Use of a golf cart to get your guest to and from the parking lot. (EA staff will provide this service) 

  • EA will pick up and store away all decorations for you by the end of the night! The Day of Coordinator will lock up everything, including gifts in your locked suite. 

  • Use of all EA decorations…Lanterns, Vintage Chairs, Vintage Ladders, Flameless candles, flowers, and more 

  • The Day of Coordinator will check in with the couple throughout the day of the wedding, up until the first dance to make sure everything is exactly the way they want things, stress free, and assist in any way.

Stress Free Package - $800

  • EA staff will set up your reception decorations and tables so you can relax and focus on yourself and your big day in the comfort of the Bridal suites.

  • EA will pick up and store away all decorations for you by the end of the night! The Day of Coordinator will lock up everything, including gifts in your locked suite. 

  • The Day of Coordinator will check in with the couple throughout the day of the wedding, up until the first dance to make sure everything is exactly the way they want things, stress free, and assist in any way.

 

Alacarte/Additional Fees 

❖ Golf Cart Rental $350 

❖ Re-staging of chairs & tables during event $400 

❖ Cattle troughs (use for drinks) - $50 

❖ Bartenders $400/day for 2 bartenders
