Your rental fee includes

  • Full use of the barn and grounds from 10am to closing (12am Friday & Saturday, 10pm Sunday)

  • Parking Lot on site

  • Use of the Upper and Lower levels of the Barn

  • 15'x30' Party Deck

  •  25'x35' Patio

  • Elegant Indoor restrooms

  • Custom-built Bar and whiskey barrel cocktail tables

  • Ceremony Sites 

  • Table and chair set-up and take-down for both ceremony & reception

  • Seating for up to 150-225 depending on layout

  • White chairs or benches for outdoor or indoor ceremony 

  • Table and chairs for indoor reception

  • Rustic chic lighting and décor in the Barn

  • Use of 4 acres of lawn space for games

  • Full use of the Groom Suite with TV, refrigerator, coffee station, and activities (Darts, Pacman, Pool table)

  • Full use of the beautiful Bridal Suite with refrigerator, Keurig coffee station, and bridal amenities 

  • Catering prep kitchen with countertops, sink, and refrigerator

  • 8 acres – Beautiful site for photography

  • Outdoor yard games & fire pit

  • Assorted vintage tables & accents

  • Ivory or white linens (tablecloths only)

  • 1-hour rehearsal (Date and Time to be determined)

Package includes

  • Refrigerator filled with refreshments (soda and water) in both suites

  • Sandwiches and Charcuterie board to snack on in both suites

  • Mimosa while getting ready in Bridal suite

  • EA staff with set up your reception decorations and tables so you can relax and focus on yourself and your big day in the comfort of the bridal and groom suites.

  • Use of cattle trough (use for drinks)

  • EA will coordinator with all of your vendors the day of and let them know where to set up and when

  • Use of golf cart to get your guest to and from the parking lot. (EA staff will provide this service)

  • EA will pick up and store away all decorations for you by the end of the night! The Day of Coordinator will lock everything, including gifts in your locked suites.

  • Use of all EA decorations…Lanterns, Vintage Chairs, Vintage Ladders, Flameless candles, flowers, and more

  • EA Staff will do all the clean up

  • Day of Coordinator will check in with the Bride and Groom throughout the day to make sure everything is exactly the way they want things, stress free, and assist in any way.

Individual Add On(s)

  • Golf Cart Rental -  $350/Day

  • Re-staging of chairs/tables during event - $400
